Sunset of Utils

Hello everyone,
Today I would like to announce that Oijon Utils will no longer be updated. Instead, it has been split off into three projects. They will appear on the website and forums shortly. These three projects are OTime, OLog, and OLing. This was done to prevent bloat, as most people wanting to use the log will most likely not need any of the linguistics tools, and most people using the linguistics tools most likely will not need the timer. All projects split off from Utils will have the same Apache 2.0 license, so nothing to worry about there.
