Tube Resonance Model

I've been looking for research papers on the tube resonance model of speech synthesis. The plan is to make Bagpipe use it to make Algonquin sound much more realistic, however literature on it seems a bit lacking... If any of y'all find anything about it, please reply here with it, it'll help me out quite a bit
